There’s an issue with Public Mobile service that prevents me to make calls, Even though I made payment. Please help me to slove this issue; How , who and where to contact ?

Please check the plan on your self service account view and let us know which one is listed.
Also, are you trying to call outside of your province? If you picked the $20 talk plan, you can only call withing your province (unless you have a long distance add on)

Is it possible that you signed up for the data only $20 plan?
