Never had this issue. Can't get an answer. I have unlimited calling, 5g plan. This is annoying. Public Mobile customer services is awful.

Did you restart your phone? Sometimes that helps.

hi @Vitt 

usually that is just a system glitch.  Try Reboot phone and click Reset Network Settings on the phone.  Try calling with and without the 1 in front of the 10 digits

But if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot and ask PM support agent to refresh the account

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
