Go to the overview page on your account (like last time) Check "your plan and add ons" if it's not listed.....you didn't pay for it yet...as in add it....if you still have the $$ in your balance.

yes, I did reboot my phone for 2 times, no go. Can you tell me how to check if my add-on is active, thanks.

Your add on is active in your account? As in its listed...first try rebooting your phone. If not there's a couple other things you can try.

Let me see if there's a fix did you put a "1" in front of it?
All minutes are Canada wide so just put "1" in front and program that for your local numbers.

@hongnaIt should be immediate.

Thanks for your response. I just purchased $5/500mins. How long I have to waiteto be able to make a call?

@hongna Check out @Kateg post from yesterday (Still on the top title page) Re: Disable voicemail it has the instructions in the thread on how to do that and leave a msg for callers that your not taking msgs but to try calling back or texting saves having to waste time screening callers and checking voicemail if you don't have access to another phone to check your voicemail.

That's unfortunate. Once you use up the texts just switch immediately to the $15 plan and monitor your outgoing minutes. Get your friends to call you or text numbers back telling them that you are available to take their call. Try the $5/500 min add on it rolls over every month til used up And it's great insurance against getting cut off mid call or running out before the end of 30 days. If you are set up on auto pay you get $2 off and a bonus 250mb of data too.

So is it just this one number you're having trouble with, since you were able to use 3 minutes?
Did you try with and/or without the 1 in front of the area code?
Are you able to text, etc?

It is important for you to remember what plan you are on. You only have 50 incoming and outgoing texts and calling minutes...each. Your calling minutes are by the second but are rounded up to a minute. They start once you dial...so basically every time you pick up the phone it pretty much counts. Log into your account and find out how many you have left in "your plan" on the overview page. If there is nothing there you've used them up.
You will often get that message if you don't put a "1" in front of the phone number your calling. Let the msg play out and continue your call. All minutes are Canada wide so being local or long distance doesn't matter. I suggest you buy the $5/500 min add on to supplement your plan and/Or change to the $15 plan with unlimited texts and incoming call and 100 outgoing. This can be done now or on your next renewal.

Can you log in to your self serve account to make sure you still have minutes left?

Very basic one, 50 min per month

Two things.
1. Are you sure it's a local call? Different phone companies have different geographical boundaries to what they consider local calls. Where are you call from and where are you calling to?
2. Are you dialing 1-area code plus the number. It shouldn't matter, but try again without putting in the 1 before the area code.
