what was the issue? You have the correct login credentials?
try again using browser with Incognito mode and try again with the Public Mobile app. If you are not receiving 2FA code, try receive it via email. On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
Or if you are unsure about the password, try Reset Password link on the login page
