I can’t get my esim added to my phone

Need support to set up eSIM when i click on payment option I can’t pay it takes me to another page

that's for existing account and not new activation?

the payment system is glitchy and usually support agent cannot help (they won't help with credit card error like that )

a quick way to get it done is to buy a voucher from Shoppers drug Mart and load the voucher into the account, then buy esim again

or you can wait 24 hours and try again
