My SIM is paid for and installed in my phone, but my iPhone 6S will not allow me to upgrade to a newer software version to allow install of the Public Mobile app... So how do I activate my SIM card?
@Judy111 Can you use a friends phone to download the app to activate and then you can delete from there phone and manage your account from the website .
