I can't call, nobody can call me!
when I call, I get this message: the number is not registered on network!
Please let me know what should I do ?

My cell phone is Samsung S4, I had this service from almost 2 years ago, it is not new,
but I was out of Canada for almost 2 months, After comming I can't call with it,
I have paid it and I don't have any Owe!!

Some additional information would be useful:
a) What is the make & model of your phone?
b) What plan and add-ons did you choose?
c) Did you ever have service, or is this a brand new account?
d) When you log into your self serve account does it show "Active" or "Suspended"?
