Just as it says. I've put my sim in other phones and the problem is the same. Do I need a new sim or is it an issue with PM? Whenever I restart my phone I get a few texts that might trickle in. I have deleted a ton of old messages as well as cleared the cache and data in the Messages app. I'm using a Samsung S8. My data works fine. This happened out of no where, no new updates to the phone or apps as far as I am aware. thanks!

Set the preferred network to 3G on your phone and reboot.

I suspect that there is something happening with the network based on the number of reports in the last few days about similar issues. It will interesting to hear what infromation Public Mobile can share about this.

There have been many reports of this.
1. Try resetting network settings and reboot.
2. Try setting preferred network to 3G and reboot.
3. Put sim in another phone and then back again.
