Please help me with updating my account from my old email address.
I can't login so I can not tell what my Public account number is either.

HI @Matasch we are all just customers like you, so, please modify your post and remove the personal info
For the My Account login , you cannot change the email yourself and you cannot reset password if you have no access to the old email. so, open a ticket with PM Support and have them to do both for you, change email and reset password. Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

@Matasch are you currently in nonpay/suspended status?
After 90 days of suspended/non-payment status, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:
1 - Lose access to your phone number (and Self Serve account), any rewards or Available Funds balance that was in your account at time of suspension, and won’t be able to transfer the phone number to a new provider in the future.
2 - Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.

To change your email to your self serve account, you need to have CSA do that for you.
To contact the Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are two methods to reach them:
1 - Faster - Click the bubble comment circle on the bottom right-hand side of your screen,
