I bought a phone plan on Friday night for the Black Friday deal but my mom is also on Public Mobile and she wants me to use her referral to save, except she asked after I already paid. How can I go about doing this? Is there a way to apply the referral retroactively? Can I cancel and get another plan while keeping it at the deal price it was at?
