I bought a SIM card from local Telus store, I also got my online subscribe SIM card after two weeks. How can I return this SIM card and get my money back?

I had the same issue and send a note to CS_Agent and received the following message from them.
"
The sim card delivery can take up to 10 business days. If you cannot wait until the end of this week, could you, please, try to purchase a Public Mobile sim card at a Telus or Koodo store, to send us a picture of the receipt and we will apply a credit of 10$+tax (the cost of the sim card at the store) on your account? This way, you will only pay once for the sim card."
So, you just send a note to CS_Agent and include your receipt screen shot and you should get your refund.

@Epic the 2 days is about when PM will shop out the sim, not when the customer will get the sim.
It is true we saw some complaints about unusual long delivery , but we also have feedback that sim arrived with a weekz so the experience really varies

Send private message to CS_agent. They will help you out. I have had such experience. They are very helpful.
I don't really understand why the sim card slow mailing is still promoted as two-day delivery to home. It is misleading and causing CS_agent a lot of extra work.

@JINCHUN You have to ask support if they can compensate you for buying second sim due to first one taking to long to arrive ,be best if you still have refit for the one you picked up at Telus store to submit it

@JINCHUN if you got the card in person because the sim delivery yool too long, I suggest you to complain to PM support and ask them to reimburse you the cost of the extra sim card
