@Andrewlzj   when PM agent replies, remember to ask them to reverse the two data add-on you got.  Just tell them you got the wrong one and they likely will reverse it

@Andrewlzj   you bought the WRONG one.  You bought the regular data for use in Canada

you ae in Boston and you need US roaming data

@Andrewlzj   are you done with one set of 15 days roaming, just expired and buying a 2nd set? 

 

If you re-buy a 2nd set of roaming addon, you are supposed to wait 24 hours AFTER the first set expired

Yes it is enabled, actually I used in howaii two weeks ago, worked perfectly, not sure why not working this time 😔

next thing, make sure Mobile Roaming data is Enabled!!

I just tried to manually switch to T-Mobile, still no internet connection 😞🙏

According to this, roaming data should work in Boston.   Voice could be trickier , but now we have VoLTE, so, as long as data work, voice roaming should work

can you change the Network selection from Automatic to Manual? then pick T-Mobile and see if it works

make sure Preferrect network type or network mode is set to 4G or Automatic

 

Let us know if it works

 

for duplicated purchase, open ticket with PM network and ask them to reverse one of the transactions
