I added 100$ two months ago because I knew I would be low on cash for the following months. I noticed I paid taxes on the 100$ and then again when they took it out of the funds.
who do I contact regarding this issue ?

i have changed the solution as @will13am is correct abiut the taxes not being charged again. There are some references to tax on the Self Serve page, but those are only for informational purposes.

I put funds in my account directly from my visa debt. When public took the funds to pay for the that months bill with taxes.

@clarad001 , take a look at the payment history carefully. Taxes are not debited from the account funds. The account funds only drop by the cost of the plan without taxes.

@clarad001 You always pay tax on the plan you have as for second time taxed that doesn’t sound right was the second tax from buying a voucher ?
