I am currently on Freedom Mobile and I'm trying to switch to PM's 5G plan. The website does not let me do so and keeps hitting me with a we are unable to process your request with error code : XXX. What does this mean? The app also has issues trying to log me in and I am unable to get past the choose a plan stage. Thanks for the help

I have tried the app and it is still the same issue. I have not been able to use another credit card cause i have not gotten to that stage yet, the app keeps kicking me out.

I have already made an account and I am unable to login. It takes my back to the main screen.

But the thing is I cant even login to the app. Everytime I do that it takes me back to the main login screen. I have not been able to pay for anything.

You’re porting out of Freedom which means your phone number is no more.. they are notorious for losing people’s numbers during port outs. I’ve had a couple of mine lost over the years because of porting out.. I’ve learned my lesson I’m not going back to freedom ever. Have you been escalated this problem to higher ups but all of them couldn’t do anything. freedom will only tell you to contact public because in their minds they aren’t the problem. once you’re out of freedom mobile don’t go back unless you want to turn your life upside down again by having to get a new number.

if possible, please use another credit card for activation
