We recommend trying a different credit card, preferably one issued by a major Canadian bank, and ensuring the billing address entered matches the one on file with your card provider. Also, make sure the card is enabled for online or recurring transactions.

Public Mobile is known to have cache issues. Try again. This time, go into your browser settings and clear the cache (lifetime) then close the entire browser. Open it back up again and go into incognito mode and try logging back in. If you continue to have problems, create a ticket for help.
