So I just changed from bell to public and I got the message for transfer mobile number where I replied back with “YES” to that message as instructed but now what do I have to wait 5 hours or do I have to change the primary or secondary label from my phone please I need to know the next steps as I can’t confirm if everything is correct working or do I need to wait for something else?

hi @Aman11 remove the old carrier sim card , or disable the old carrier sim it it is eSIM
then reboot phone and Reset network settings
Go to the sim manager page or settings -> cellular and make sure the PM is enabled and set as Primary (or Turn in this line is toggled on if iPhone)
you should be good then. Test both inbound and outbound calls

Change to primary and reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
If that didn’t work then you need help from a CS_Agent to complete the porting.
