I forgot the due date. So my balance was not enough.
I added the amount due to my balance, but I am still in plan expired.
What shall I do?

Hello, I had the same problem. Send an email to the moderator team and they will solve it. I believe that there was a problem with the system.
Good luck

@KUNMI Login into your selfserve account and click on the Re-activate button. If that doesn't work you need to message the moderators.

Hi, if your phone is still working and you are able to make calls then I think you are ok. The situation is common and typically occurs as per this other thread.

You can try the lost/stolen phone trick. In your account, report your phone lost/stolen. Logout. Wait 5 minutes. Login and report your phone found. Re-boot phone. This resets your SIM/account.
