I accidentally reply the reward message with the word " Stop " and now It said it will not send me future gift. Is there any way that I can undo this action? I want it to send message about future gift

again reply YES2 on same message then login self-account to check add-ons, or contact agent after DEC.15

@Kien018 you can try to send START to the number again and it should resume
And if you are still waiting for the Christmas bonus, PM still sending the text out until Dec 15. So, wait till after dec 15, if you still not receive the text, then open ticket with PM Support and they will add the bonus back for you

Just contact a CS_Agent to be added to the text notice so you can have your cake and eat it too. You probably will put Stop after you got your free promo. 😉

How does anyone accidentally type those letters in the reply box and press go? Or the other recent one that has happened on numerous occasions...how does anyone accidentally go in to change number, find one, and press go? How can of these actions be accidental?
If someone were to say they stupidly or absent-mindedly did so, then fine. But accidentally? It's never an accident.

Talk to agent and let us know if it is possible to undo 'stop' to SMS.
