I accidentally changed my subscription

Hi. my renewal date is November 1st and I was trying to renew my plan couple of days early and I accidentally Changed my subscription from $50 with 100 GB data to $45 with 65GB. I need to reverse that and also nephew my plan couple of days early. Please help. It’s so frustrating that there is live agent to talk to.

Hey @RedPhoenix 

Log back into your account and go to the Subscription section. If it hasn't changed over yet, you can cancel it by hitting cancel. You can do it on the app as well.

@RedPhoenix  You welcome and support usually reply 1-2 hours sometimes longer but 

After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box
