Hi Everyone,
My 60G 5G priced at 40$ a month plan is not showing at all on my cell phone network. I tried to search for it, yet not showing at all, either 4G or 5G? What should I do? How I can fix it ASAP?
My cell phone is a Samsung A71. and it's brand new it should be compatible with at least the 4G network, so please may you advise on how to resolve this issue.

Did you not have "TELUS" in the list of available networks?

The Samsung A71 is 3G and 4G/LTE unless you have the 5G model.
The 5G plan will depend The the compatibility of the phone so you are correct that it will connect to 4G/LTE.
I would suggest you reset the Network Setting on your phone.
