My child recently left her phone when she travelled out of the country. Phone isn’t lost it’s just not with us. I got her a new phone and SIM card. I want to activate her new sim and possibly get her new number.

@carlaj1  you just need to sim swap the number in my account profile tab . Can can keep old number this way or change it in profile tab also if you like

Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device

Don't activate it. Log in to the account and change the sim on the account. Hopefully you've done the new log in system by now.
