How to unlock my account

I got my account locked, can you unlock it.

Try clearing your cache, cookie and go incognito on your browser.

The are no time delay to re-login to your account.

@mkciu   there is no more account lock issue with My Account now

 

So, if you know your password, close the browser and relaunch and try again

or if you do not remember your password, try to use Reset Password there and try to reset it

 

if that does not work, please open ticket with CS agent

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Hi there, you must use the forgot password link and go trough the process.

You can try to log in a few hours. If it does not work contact agent for assistance.

 

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
