Just move your SIM card to the new phone. Everything associated with your account moves with it.

If the format of your SIM card on your new phone is not the same size, you may have to order a replacement SIM card.

Take out the Sim insert it into the other phone (assuming the phone you are switching to is Publicmobile Network Compatible
