@Sherri3 - I am guessing you do not have access, or have never registered for a My Account? You can manage your plan and account all through My Account.
If you are a current customer (have been active within 90 days and have not ported out to another provider), you can submit a ticket here to: Create My Account or forgot My Account email or password link

scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the section titled get help.
Then in the little search bar type payment and it will give you all the different ways you can pay to restore your resume or add funds to your account.

@Sherri3 You can do this with vouchers or credit card to add top up funds and calling 611
