Hi
Currently on autopay and my account renews on the 15th of every month.
Planning on snowbirding early December to March.
How do I SPECIFICALLY suspend my account and reactivate (within 90 days) to ensure that I do not lose my phone number.
I need very explicit instructions . . .

@Krystle yes, you will still have the same plan and on the same rewards system.

When I unsuspend it within the 90 days do I still keep my current plan and rewards?

@SC66 PM running on 30 days cycle so the billing day will change after a 31 days month (it won't be on 15th of each month)
In your case for temporary suspension, make sure ther is no fund in Available Fund , then disable Autopay before your trip. PM then wont be able to renew your service and your account will be suspended, and can be suspended for 90 days.
Since you are going from Dec to March, it might pass the 90 days. Make note of the first day of the suspension, come back NO LATER than the 85th day and make a manual payment to reactivate the account. Make sure payment goes thorough and you see account status change to Active before you logoff. Of course , if any problem, post your issue here

@SC66 Basically, if you fail to pay, it will automatically suspend your account. But since you are on AutoPay and if you are not able to remove your cc, you will have to mark your account as Lost/Stolen phone to suspend the line on the day you are leaving. This will trigger the system not to renew your plan. You can only leave it suspended for 90 days. So make sure to reactivate and disable lost/stolen status before 90 days.
EDIT: If you don't have any balance in your account, you can simply disable pre authorized payment so your plan fails to renew.
