How to submit a service ticket?

Submit a service ticket sends me to 404 page.

Knocking it down from 5G to LTE seems to have solved the original problem. Still not sure why I couldn't submit a ticket but I'll take the win!

@CaptainChaos you could try opening an incognito/private tab and try again, but yes that html message may be fixed if you remove links/hyperlinks, or just try the message again in a different browser perhaps.

@CaptainChaos , and did you try to connect to both T-Mobile and AT&T? set the network mode to 4G

When I get similar HTML warning I just refresh page or click on 'post' again.
If you are opening a ticket I suggest you provide WAY MORE details then just 'please help'.

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Just type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here

just try again, best to type out the message.  The error usually there because of people copy and paste and some hidden HTML code there
