I lost my phone today and I know I can not find it. I have been trying to remove the auto-top-up setting in my account but the credit card removal button never worked.

@kathyliu806, in addition to removing auto payment, you should declare that the phone has been lost in the account so that the service is disabled. In fact, you could do that in lieu of removing autopay and have identical outcome. Once you get a replacement SIM card and phone, simply go into the account, change SIM card and declare phone found to restart the service.

I would also recommend:
- suspending your service
- change your email passwords & any passwords you may have stored on your phone
- you can also use the online tools provided by the manufacture to remotely wipe/lock your phone

Log into your self serve account.
Click payment tab.
Click manage autopay
Then click remove autopay
