Just set up a number for a family member with PM.
In spot for “alternative number”, thinking it was only a separate contact number, I entered my own (Koodo) number.
Now whenever my (Koodo) phone is called, it also rings the PM phone. Tried removing via app AND via website login—never removes it (just replaces despite removing & saving).
Sidenote, possibly applicable, possibly not, on the PM phone (older iphone 5s) I had trouble setting up sim. Had to put sim in my phone (iphone se2020) & once activated, it went back into 5s. Worked perfectly fine then in 5s—except app version is obsolete and cannot be updated… thus put app on se2020 to use).
How to I fix/remove the alternative number??

the alternate phone number is not for that purpose, it is only for PM to keep a record, it is not being used at all
are you poring a number into PM?
you might want to ask PM support to sort it out as it sound strange from what you described
