Hi guys, I haven't received the SIM card since I purchased the phone plan, and I can't activate my account due to it. So I have made up my mind not to use this phone plan anymore.
I haven't used the phone plan for even 1 hour. However, I have purchased the phone plan for $45 from the beginning. Am I able to refund it? If yes, how could I do that? Thanks so much!

If you are porting your number over from another carrier. The old SIM will continue to work until you activate your SIM when it arrives. Delivery time for the SIM to arrive by Canada Post could take up to 3 weeks.

You say that --- I haven't used the phone plan for even 1 hour---- how did you do this without a SIM card?
