Thank you very much!I just find out that I have put an extended absence greeting and chose the option not allowing leaving messages. Now, I’m able to receive messages.

To reset it back to defaults, try dialing ##004#

Did you ask support to disable it for you somehow? I don't remember there being a way to disable it.
Can you get to voicemail when you dial 1-778-580-4001?
