I guess technically the only way to make the purchase immediate is to already have enough funds on your balance for the purchase. Otherwise it will have to be 2 step process

After you purchase it then you need to add it to your account.

@rich_laura it's a 2 step process. Add funds and then purchase the add on.

Once you add the money to your account, you can go to purchase the add-on.
You can logon your account or call 611 to make the purchase.
