How to link a referral after the sale is made

I was at the store yesterday with a friend whom I referred to Public Mobile and supplied the technician who was doing the transfer to Public for my friend with my code to get the referral bonus. He neglected to put in the code during the set-up of her phone so now I'm wondering- how do I link her account so I can get the referral bonus?
