@Awuli   you cash rewards will be applied on your account at every renewal automatically

PM will apply all the rewards towards your payment first, such as loyalty, friends referrals , Community rewards.  After those rewards are applied, you will only pay only the remaining of the plan charge

If you are in the old Rewards system, you will get instant credit on your monthly bill. Eg. $2/ month credit for AutoPay, $1/month credit for each RAF, $1/month credit for each year you remain with PM.

Redeeming credits are for members on the new Points system.

Not public points. I am still in the old reward system. I have cash rewards, not points

@Awuli   you meant Public Points?  if it is about Public points, collect till 15 points and then go to My Rewards site  https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards and redeem for $15 bill credit there
