hi @Ummmmm

when you placed the order?  Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can  submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

@Ummmmm

use this link to message Customer support to confirm if the sim was sent. Usually takes 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. Get to Mobile Klinik in your area and buy a sim.

@Ummmmm  Some sims likely got stuck during the postal strike.  How long ago did you order it?  They can also be purchased at corporate Telus/Koodo stores ($10) or from Amazon ($4.99).  You can either do it and try to get reimbursed, or ask customer service first to be sure.  If you are not having any luck with the chatbot them send support a private message using this link

An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right of this page or tap your avatar for messages if you don't see an envelope.  You will need to make contact with them even if you still just want a refund.
