I can not log-in with out a error or new activation, without logging in I cant contact support.
My only option to renew my payment was through 611.
What to do now?

for today...the 611 option is perdy good. You just need your PM pin in order to use your on-file cc for payment.
Alternative is to get payment vouchers at Shell gas, London Drug or other retail stores...then dial 611 to add them. No need for PM pin with this method.
