@CS_Agent, I just subscribed to PM. I am not able to install esim. its giving me error everytime I try.

@hTideGnow They just replied, saying their system is not working now; they asked me to try in 6 hours. I'll keep you posted. Thank you.

we saw two different outcomes, one of them CS agent resend the QR code. The other one CS asked the person to change to physical som instead
