so, you didn't pay for 90 days and your My Account was already closed? We are just customers here so we don't know if you can get the old number back. depends on how long you "lost" it due to non payment, you might not be able to get it back. Also, it would be even harder if the number was not originally from Telus family

If your old acct was suspended for longer than 90 days...that old number is gone and very difficult to say if you can get it back. First, try calling it to see if it's been re-assigned.
I suggest you get a new Public Mobile sim or free esim to start a new account...then see if the Customer Support folks can get your old number back...but I doubt they can.
