How to create ticket to change to a plan that is not shown in the App

I've been trying for a couple hours to figure out how to get a message to some sort of administrator. The ChatBot tells me that I can get the $35 Black Friday 50GB Can-US-Mex by using the App (instead of the website). But it doesn't work for me. And what's worse, I just seem to keep getting unhelpful/contradictory info from the ChatBot when trying to send a request to a human. How, exactly, does one create a help ticket??

watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond to you.

Thanks for taking time to reply. Finally sent a message to someone who may or may not help me switch plans. Seems like it's a crap shoot.

use this link to message Customer Support. Give them as much account info as you have ..like ph #, acct #, name on acct..etc..
