Why did PM charge my Visa twice (x2 $16.95) on May 10, 2024, presumably after switching to the new plan from the $10 legacy plan? Was it an billing error? How can I find out? I am going to ask my Visa card company to look into this.

Did you switch plans after it already renewed? Once you switch it charges you full price for the plan. You need to select change on renewal to avoid extra changes.

was it problem with charging twice or charging more than used to?
if just more than used to, it is problem with the change of rewards system
if it is just a duplicated charge issue, confirm it is not just a pending charge first. If both are real charges you will need to check with support agent
