How to contact Public Mobile

Can anyone please let me know how to contact Public Mobile. I need to contact Public Mobile urgently. I tried to put community-notifications@publicmobile.ca address but it shows no matches.Any help would be highly appreciated.

What issue are you trying to contact PM about?

the email address is for outgoing only and not intended for customer to send message to.

To engage support, please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
