When I changed to the Canada-us wide plan, I chose to activate it on the next renewal date. But now I need to go to the US in a few days, is it possible to activate the new subscription earlier?

you can...but you pay right away and lose any balance of data in old plan. No refunds or pro-rating here.
ed...ahhh Canada / US plan. You'd need to message Customer Support as advised above. For a short visit to US, you could also just buy PM 15 day add-ons for a quick visit.

are you trying to change to the $34 Canada-US plan? I believe it is no longer available as promo ends., so you cannot cancel it and re-submit change plan again. I would ask CS agent to help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
