How to change region

Ive recently just switched over to Public mobile and the region my ip address is giving shows im in Ontario when in fact im in Manitoba.  My apps that require me to be in my local region have become disabled because of this.  Does anyone know how to switch regions to another province? Please let me know.  Thanks.

You can try VPN services to see if you can find one that allows more specific location selection.  Please research about the reliabililty and safety of such VPN services as all of your internet activities would end up being routed through these servers.

you can't

Telus/PM has only couple major network hubs in selected provinces   It will choose the closest one to your location, in your case Ontario,  This is not something you can choose.
