How to change plan after expired?

Bubblesses

I'm switching to a different mobile provider and I'd like to port my number. In order to do so, I've been told that my account must be active. I'd like to add the cheapest plan ($10) to my account so my number can be transferred, but it seems that I have to reactivate with my current plan (which is $30+) in order to change plans. I'm not going to pay $30+ just to transfer my number. How can I do this?

Why do folks wait until the last minute to port out?  It's the same for every port-in, your old phone number *MUST* be active, to allow for a successful port.

Frankly, the moderators should say no to changing this plan for you, and make you fully renewal your $30+ plan to make your port.  It's not their fault you can't follow standard processes.

And while I'm at it, it's the same for changing your plan after you've let it expire.  If you wish to change your plan, future-date it prior to expiration.

@Bubblesses make your available funds equal to 10$. Then ask the mods to change your plan and use the funds to activate the plan.

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?
