I am trying to cancel my plan and have already moved my number to another provider. I have read the other threads that say to disable auto-pay, however, it is not letting me turn off the "enable" function for Auto-Pay in the Payments page of my account. Can anyone tell me how to fix the issue?
Further, I would like to fully delete my account once the plan is deactivated. How do I do this?

once you've successfully ported away, your PM account is closed. You won't be able to do anything in that old account.
You can ask CSA to delete any residual info by clicking here and messaging a CSA...
