How can I get new SIM cards for my family and still keep the same phone numbers?

You arent able to add multiple numbers to one account, but they can get their own sim cards/accounts and you can pay with the same credit card. Be sure to use the referral for each member as both parties will get a deal.
Be sure not to close the current plan they are on until after you port their number to PM. once the port is complete you can cancel the old plans (they usually cancel automatically after a port)

You can order new sim cards and then port your family members numbers over.  Remember that each phone number is it's own account with separate email, but you can pay for all plans with the same credit card.

Sorry, but additional phone numbers cannot be added to a  Public Mobile account. Each phone needs to be in a separate Public Mobile account.  As to if your family members can keep the phone numbers, number portability is possibility depending on which city the phone numbers are from.  The phone phone numbers must also be still active at the current carrier.
