I'd like to add another plan to muy account with a different phone number. How can I do that? I can't find the options for that in my account.

you have to have a separate sim to start any new account. Also, you need a unique email address

@Miminova No, you cannot.
PM system is one email address tie to one account/one phone line
So, for a second line, you need to use another email address and activate just like a new account.
But remember to use the friend referral code from your first account to activate your second account
