How to activate suspended account or mobile number? Am so distressed!

Public mobile should have some contact number of live human chat. PLS HELP!!!

If it is less than 90 days of suspension just pay the bill and service will be restore automatically.

If it is longer than 90 days of suspension your account is closed.

If you can't access your account to make a payment you can call 611 from your phone to pay by pm voucher (without your 4 digit account pin #) or by payment card on file (w/your 4 digit account pin #). Or by calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone # (from any other phone) to access the 611/IVR system. You can also make an RTP (real time payments) or instant top up online or from a few retailers such as canadian tire gas bars or Mobil stations by giving the clerk your 10 digit phone #, provider (pm) and pay a $1 fee.

can you login My Account?? login My Account and click Pay now and resume service button (for 2fa, click didnlt receive code and click Send email)

if you cannot login, please submit ticket with VS agent and they will help

With a suspended account, a payment needs to be made to resume service. After that has done, service resumes automatically.  Please go into your Self Serve account and make a payment using the payment card saved on your account or purchase a Public Mobile voucher from participating retail locations.
