Hi, everyone!
I have paid 90days plan with SIM CARD. I paid total around 75.71 CAD.....
But I could see same pages(Credit card Infor and selecta plan)when I click the resume activation button on public mobile website for activation........
Is it going to be double payment if I write my credit card number with clicking activation with my Sim Card Number?
or................ my 75.71 CAD was a just authorized payment before real payment like gas station?
Is there anyone can help me?

were you using the app to complete the subscription?
now you need to download the app, login , enter the sim card number and follow the steps

I have received physical Simcard and already paid when I order Sim card..

Do you have your physical SIM card right now?
Try to resume your activation via the Public mobile app instead.

sound like you are using the app. If you use browser to activate, you can only go as far as payment, then you need to use the app to finish off. Download PM app from app store and complete the rest of the subscription.

@yonggu you would need to download the public mobile app to resume action. It should not charge again if you have already successfully paid.
