calls going directly to voicemail

When my sister calls me it goes directly to voicemail without my phone even ringing.  She is the only 1 I have this issue with.

What network is your sister on? 

I was consistently getting dropped calls with a client who is on the Rogers network. I am not sure if this is the cause or just a coincidence at this point.

Also, many customers are dealing with dropped call problems which may be related to to your issue. Telus is working on the problem.

@pollymay1   Have you checked to make sure her number hasn't accidentally been blocked?
