I can no longer log into my public mobile account, and I tried clicking"forgot password" and reset my password, but the system won't let me do so. Therefore I am wondering is my account no longer useable, neither the SIM card? Thanks!

@Wink give popping the solution.....activate before 11:59pm et Sept. 30th for bonus refer a friend reward. $20 for you and $10 for them.

90 days after suspension, your account will be cancelled. Your used SIM card and canceled account cannot be used again.

How long is your SIM/account suspended or expired? If more than 90 days, your plan/account is closed and your SIM card is useless.
You will need to buy a new SIM card. Can't re-use old SIM cards.
